Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply from January 1st, 2018 for all orders made at Vivero Shop online store.

Vivero Shop

Vivero Shop online store sells products to companies and individuals. The products we sell are manufactured according to the order. Vivero Shop sells only those products found on the Vivero Shop product listing at any given time. The whole Vivero collection is not available in the online store. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

How to order

The products are ordered online by adding them into the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart through the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information we request from you during the order process will not be used for any purposes other than delivering the order or clarifying any inaccuracies in the order, unless otherwise stated. When you order from our online store you are required to approve and commit to the terms and conditions in force at the time of the order.

Payment and payment methods

Payments are mediated by Paytrail Oyj. Our payment options include card payments, online payments through Finnish banks as well as partial payment.

By approving the order on the checkout page you agree to the terms of Paytrail Oyj. When ordering products, you agree to the general conditions of the Vivero Shop online store.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we've processed your order, we'll send you an order confirmation with your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation to contact customer service in the future, if needed. When you are in touch with our customer service, always keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the delivery match the items in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. We will provide an estimate of the shipping costs on the shopping cart page. When you have selected the payment and delivery methods on the checkout page, the exact shipping costs will be displayed. The delivery methods currently in use depend on where the order will be delivered, the contents of the shopping cart and the total weight of the order.

Currently the default shipping methods in our online store cover all EU countries and Norway. If you are interested in deliveries to other countries, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will calculate the best shipping option for your need.

Pick up from Vivero without shipping costs: You can pick up your order from Vivero Oy (0896082-3), Hämeentie 157, 00560 Helsinki. We will notify you by SMS or email when an order can be picked up.

Kaukokiito in Finland: The furniture is delivered directly to the shipping address via Kaukokiito delivery service. Kaukokiito will contact you in advance by telephone to agree on delivery time.

For transportation outside Finland, we use several transport companies. The haulier will contact you in advance by telephone or email to agree on delivery time.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is specified in the order confirmation. Vivero Shop's furniture is made after the order (not in stock) and delivery time is about 4 weeks.

We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. We inform about major changes in the delivery times on our website.

Return Policy

If the delivered product, which is specifically manufactured according to your order specifications, is not in accordance with the general standards in terms of materials or the manufacturing quality, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

This return procedure is possible if the product is 1) not used, 2) it is in the same condition as when it was received, 3) a possible return is made in the original shipping package and 4) is agreed in advance with Vivero customer service. Payment is refunded according to the customer's payment method.

Unreceived or unaccepted package

This applies to cases where the delivery company is not able to reach the customer according to their standard delivery protocol, or the customer refuses to receive the delivery. Failure to deliver due to these reasons is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For undelivered shipments without a separate cancellation notice, we charge the entire product price and delivery costs.

Troubleshooting

If the product has been lost or damaged during the transport or otherwise does not correlate with your order, you must notify us of the error within 14 days by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged during the transport, you must immediately make a complaint to the transport company.
